This notice explains how 120ft Factory AB handles personal data when you contact us about a product or our work.

What we collect and why
We use the name, email address, company details and information you choose to include in your enquiry to respond, assess a possible collaboration and follow up with you. Product images and drawings are optional. Please avoid including personal data that is not needed for your enquiry.
For business enquiries, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to potential customers and collaborators. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we also process the information needed for those steps.
Your product information
We treat the product information you share confidentially and use it to assess and discuss your enquiry. If you need a non-disclosure agreement, contact us before sending sensitive drawings or other confidential material.
Service providers
Our website and form use Webflow. The services we use to host the website, receive enquiries and manage email may process personal data on our behalf. We limit access to what is needed to handle the enquiry. This notice does not cover the privacy practices of external websites you choose to visit from our links.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to assess, respond to and follow up on the enquiry. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, unless a legal obligation requires us to retain it. If we begin working together, other retention requirements may apply to the customer relationship.
Your rights under the GDPR
You can ask to access or correct your personal data, request deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability may apply in certain circumstances. To exercise your rights, email info@120ftfactory.com.
