Made in Here

Humanoid robot at the 120ft Factory.

We assemble your products locally. Small runs. More control. Closer to your market.

Custom build your production.

What we do

We assemble, inspect and pack products in modular robotic factories. Small runs, from 100 units, close to where you sell.

You keep your design. You keep your component suppliers. We handle assembly.
An engineer demonstrates a task to a robot using teleoperation.

Three containers. One local factory.

Three connected containers form one local factory: preparation, assembly, and inspection and packing.

40ft Unpack

Components arrive. We prepare them for assembly.

40ft Assemble

Robots assemble your product.

40ft Inspect & Pack

Checked, packed and ready to go.

How we do it

Components in. Finished products out. With a record of how each unit was made.

Send us your parts list, drawings and quality requirements. We turn them into a production recipe and test it in simulation. Our software coordinates the robots, tools and quality checks.

Receive

Your components arrive from your existing suppliers.

Receive: boxes of components arrive on a pallet for local assembly.

Unpack

We identify the parts and prepare them for assembly.

Unpack: robotic grippers open a box and prepare components for assembly.

Assemble

Robots follow the production recipe, using the tools each task requires.

Assemble: two robotic grippers bring rigid components together.

Inspect & Pack

We check the finished product against agreed quality requirements. Products that pass inspection are packed and prepared for dispatch.

Inspect and pack: the finished product is checked and packed for dispatch.

Start with one product.

Have a product ready for local assembly? Start with a small run and build from there.

Our initial pilots target rigid parts under 5 kg assembled via screws or press-fits.
Cables, flexible materials, and gluing are slated for later phases.

Turn robot intelligence into working factories.

Build the link between simulation and the factory floor. Work with robots, learning systems and real products at our Stockholm Factory.

About us

120ft brings together robotics, software and manufacturing to make local production practical.

Founded by Martin Willers, we are building modular factories and the intelligence that runs them. Our team works in Stockholm, with ambitions for local production everywhere.

Martin Willers

CEO / CTO

Leads 120ft’s vision and technology. Previously co-founded Transparent, bringing experience in building products and a global hardware brand.

Erik Söderberg

CFO · Asset Management

Leads finance and asset management, with experience building companies across deep tech and AI.

Hsiu-Fang Chien

Physical Simulation & Manipulation

Builds robotic simulations for training and validation. Improves hardware and drives end-effector development for assembly.

A 120ft factory container marked Made in Here.

Local production. Everywhere.

We forgot how to make things. The factories left and the knowledge followed. We called it efficiency. Until supply chains broke.

Robotics and physical AI make small factories viable again. Local production at a scale that fits your business. Three containers. A new local independence.
